Bodega Mengoba, Brezo Tinto 2022

Bodega Mengoba is located in the hilltop town of Espanillo, northern Spain and headed up by one of the region's most exciting new talents, Gregory Pérez. He is dedicated to the organic production of fantastic Spanish wines, and the blended Brezo Tinto 2022 perfectly brings together the mountain herb flavours of Mencía with the heady black fruit, liqourice notes of Alicante Bouchet. It's a really fresh red with a juicy, lingering finish and bright acidity, which also makes it a great food wine.
